The arrangement of these structures in a "circle" creates a "lagoon" at higher water. This structure reminds me of "Striper City", on a smaller scale, and has the potential of similar fish-holding properties. A shelf continues into deeper water on a line drawn from #2 to #3.

#4 is a double-topped structure, the outermost one having a hazzard bouy attached to its' top.
