The main lake channel drops off on this east
side of Striper City another 90+ feet and this wall is very often a
hang-out for stripers

Much of the submerged area in the near
background of this photo (3), as well as that to the right of the
picture is broken by a series of gullies similar to those in the
foreground. Stripers often use these gullies to "corral" shad for
harvest.

These two photos (4&5) show the deep cove
formed by these "islands". For scale, note the 19' boat beached near
the center of the picture.
